Under the Localism Act 2011 all parish councillors are required to register any pecuniary (financial) or non-pecuniary (non-financial) interests they might have in relation to their work as a parish councillor.

Part A - Pecuniary Interests

Councillors must register pecuniary interests relating to themselves and their spouse or civil partner or any person with whom they are living with as husband, wife or civil partner.

Part B - Non-pecuniary Interests

Councillors must register any non-pecuniary interests relating only to themselves.
